Ingredients
– 1 kg of LoliPop®apples
– 1/2 lemon
– 100g white sugar
– 150g butter
– 150g brown sugar
– 150g flour
– Tahitian vanila powder
Instructions
1. Peel the LoliPop® apples, take out the center and seeds and cut them. Squeeze the lemon on top of these apple slices.
2. Cook the LoliPop® at medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the white sugar, the cinnamon and the vanilla powder, stir and remove from heat.
3. Butter a dish with 40g of butter and add the LoliPop® purée. Mix the rest of the butter in small dice with the brown sugar, add the flour and crumble this paste until it is grainy.
4. Put this crumble dough on the apples and cook for 20 min in the oven at 210° celsius.
5. Serve warm.
